very clean facilities - including showers and toilets. located close to the station with lots of nearby food places and convenience stores. friendly and helpful staff - allowed me to leave luggage after check-out. common area with snacks and drinks in the evening. comfortable and spacious capsule beds

Everything was great, ideal hotel, the location was ideal so close to areas such as Kawaramachi Station and all the way to Osaka Umeda Station and all the way to Osaka Umeda Station and restaurants in a beautiful suburb. The whole room was extremely spacious with the bedroom as well as cozy couch to sit on. The restaurant was not too far from the property. We appreciated being in this property.

I had a fantastic experience at Caphotel in Kyoto. The staff was really good, providing a warm and cute atmosphere throughout my stay. They even held my bags while I went on a motorcycle trip. The facilities were impressively clean and the rooms were comfortable. The neighborhood was also great, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and just a short walk to the subway. I had a great stay at a low price. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable experience in Kyoto.

For the price, Caphotel Kyoto exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and the facilities were impeccably clean. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and a subway station just a quick walk away. The staff were friendly and were pretty good too assist us, even holding our bags while we ventured out on a motorcycle trip. I would stay here again.

The pjs fit perfectly, the private pods were intriguing, and the entire floor to ourselves was super nice. The beds were comfortable, the showers were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, the capsule beds were surprisingly spacious and not at all claustrophobic. The location was convenient, with bus stops just a 2-minute walk away, and the common area offered snacks and drinks in the evening. a mind-blowing experience!
